Turns out my &quotOH MY GOD I BLEW A HEADGASKET&quot turned into oh look the valve cover nuts are all loose. Lets tighten them down clean out the oil and see if it nevertheless leaks. No leaks! but nonetheless smells like oil right after driving it about. Nonetheless need to have to replace the head gasket as you can see it is leaking below the farthest proper nut nonetheless even after obtaining tightened down.
